So far, So good!

My dog has been using the supplement for about a month and I have noticed a definite change in his body shape - he's leaner and looks more fit. Also, has lots more energy and not as hungry throughout the day.

Amazing for dogs with allergies! Saved us over $600 in vet bills in a year!

We have a bulldog with lots of allergies and we figured that making his food would be our best option for keeping him healthy and long lived as possible (while costing pretty close to what good quality canned food would cost). I was horrified by reading a story about a woman who had been lovingly home-cooking for her dog only to have to bring the dog to the vet with multiple bone fractures because the home cooked food didn't have the right nutritional balance. It made me very nervous to try home cooked dog food but the veterinary nutritional experts at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital (an extremely well respected research hospital) recommended Balance IT and the Balance IT website of buildable recipes made it easy. We do a Costco run for the ingredients, make a big batch, then freeze it in one cup portions in silicone containers or flat baggies (to save space) so it's always on hand and as easy as canned food. Balance IT paid for itself because we only had one vet visit this past year (outside of routine care) and the year before we had six vet visits for ear infections and digestive problems. It could be developmental, but we did notice that our dog seemed noticeably calmer after the diet switch and the redness under his chin and between his toes disappeared. An extra side benefit? Almost no dog farts!!! (Anyone who's had a bulldog knows how BAD their farts can be.) Our movie nights are now peaceful and uninterrupted.
