My Doctor contacted you by phone last week & a yet has had no reply. Our phone conversation said i had to have vet contact you which he did so you could make a home cooked diet for my dog with kidney disease ???

The call notes suggest that you may have needed to consult with your veterinarian regarding your dog’s condition(s) in order to select the appropriate option when submitting your request through our online form. Additionally, we noted a call on May 27th between our team and your veterinary practice, during which we explained the veterinary approval process in more detail. You may wish to reach out to your veterinary practice to learn more as we have not yet received the necessary approval from them to meet FDA requirements.

Our 14 year old Lab mix has struggled with food and nature allergies since she was a young dog. We have tried every dog food possible. Our new vet recommended a Balance It diet that includes the Balance It Canine. She has been on it for 2 weeks and hasn’t needed anything for sneezing or itching. Her coat is the healthiest it’s been in years. She’s playing with her toys again and is more active. I wish we would have known about this option sooner, but so happy and grateful to be using it now. We were forced to feed my dog Logan human cooked food. He was no longer tolerating the kibble he was fed as he grew. Honestly it was the best choice to prepare his meals. It is a bit early to determine the effects over a longer period, however I must say that I absolutely notice a degree of vibrancy in Fin (11 year old healthy chocolate lab) after having started him gently on this unquestionably exceptional quality supplement.
