It's great to hear that you've had a positive experience with Balance It® Canine Plus, Linda Marie! We hope your dog is doing well.
Great formula that we were turned onto by our veterinary nutritionist. I do miss the old container that it came in - it was just nice to have something a little more contained to store in the cabinet. It would be great if you sold a permanent container and/or scoop that people could purchase to dump the bag of powder into when they received their order. Bonus points if the container was made out of anything besides plastic!

I have been using Balance.it Canine Plus to add vitamin and mineral supplements to the food I make for my pups. The recipes are easy to follow and I am using quality ingredients that provide optimum nutrition. They love their food!

As we live where temperatures climb to triple digits in the summer, Canine Balance Plus was the best choice for our dogs. We also scramble an egg in their homemade dog food and wanted a supplement that would not lose nutrients when exposed to heat. They both have beautiful coats and are not bothered with allergies as they were before we started using it.

Rest assured, the temperature reached during shipping should not result in any quality issues for any of our supplements. Typical shipping temperatures are accounted for even in the hotter months with vitamin overages, so there is nothing to worry about as far as the temperature it was at when received. Products we sell to you also do not go through a distributor, so they typically have one less journey to make. Balance It® Canine Plus can be heated one time up to 165 degrees F or 74 degrees C.

When I started making "home made" food for my dogs, my Vet asked me what ingredients I was using. She said, that's great, but go online to Balance It and put your recipe in - they'll give you what is missing. I did, they did. I add it to every batch. My dogs love their food and I am sure I am not shorting them. I have recommended Balance It to serveral people.

We have been using the Balance It supplements and recipe builder to cook for our older dog for 5+ years. She loves the food, and adores cooking days!
When we got a new puppy, she was on kibbles for her first 1.5 years. We thought commercial dog food would be the best way to ensure she got all of the nutrition a growing dog needs. Unfortunately she had terrible digestive issues all through puppy-hood; we tried many different options but she continued to have a very sensitive digestive system. Once we switched her to Balance It home cooked food, the majority of her digestive issues cleared up very quickly, as if her gut had been reset. Now she is settled on 50% kibbles, 50% home cooked and doing great (still a little gassy from time to time :0).
We researched a lot of home cooking options at first. The flexibility of the Recipe Builder and the huge amount of information they make available are what made us choose Balance It. Knowing that recipes can be adapted if our dogs need a specialized diet in the future, and that Balance It provides services that will assist with that is also a big plus. It's quite a bit of work to cook enough for an 80lb dog on 100% home cooked and a 65lb dog on 50% home cooked, but it's worth it.

My dog had pancreatitis and diabetes so he couldn’t eat very much fat. I used this company to supplement my homemade dog food. When I had issues setting up my account I had great customer service to help me. The product was good, my dog ate it. My dog passed away recently and I was really impressed the company had an option to select this when cancelling. My experience with cancelling his other things is that the company continues to reach out trying to regain you as a customer and this can be quite painful. Balance it sent me a sympathy card with a hand written note inside. I was completely blown away and it meant so much to me. It’s the little things that can set a company a part and I feel like balance it really has that. Thank you

My dog loves the specialized 1 pot homemade recipe off your website I make for him. When I found out 9 months ago that he was allergic to every dog food on the market, I had to find an alternative and Balance It was recommended by my vet.
