Great Product

After starting to cook for McGee and provide Balance Supplements I see a great change in him. His coat is more silky and shiny . His eyes are brighter he is more alert and focused. His energy level is higher less sleeping and more play. My only complaint is the price . I wish it was a little bit more affordable. Its hard on the budget but the results are worth the cost.

My very picky dog likes it!

I really didn't think my dog would eat this mixed in her food, she is extremely picky and rejects anything I mix in her food. But, to my surprise she is eating her food no problem and I do believe it is helping her, we haven't had a pancreitis attack and no vet visits for almost 2 months now and she was having an attack about every other week practicially.

Balance It enables healthy homemade diets for pets

You may wish to feed your pet a homemade diet or be forced to concoct one due to pet illness. Either way, Balance It makes this possible with a brilliantly devised system offering thousands of options. The complexity of the web interface can be daunting, but personal support was available to get me started. Over two years ago my 13 year old mixed breed dog developed renal failure. Over the years prior pets have shown this diagnosis to be a death sentence. The mainstay of treatment is a low protein, low phosphorus diet, which is usually unpalatable. My dog refused to touch all of the pet store and prescription renal diets. I was forced to cook a homemade diet but wanted to ensure that it provided all essential nutrients. My vet suggested Balance It. After trying multiple combinations of various proteins with grains or pasta, we finally found one she wanted to eat. Balance It gave me a recipe incorporating those specific ingredients, along with necessary supplements.
I was worried that the supplement powder might taste bad, but she does not mind either the powder or added fish oil in the recipe.
My dog has thrived. Not only has her renal failure not progressed, but today actually has consistently improved with lower serum BUN and creatinine (measures of renal function) than when diagnosed more than two years ago. That seemed impossible two years ago. I attribute the success to Balance It nutritional supplement and the custom diet, which have been literally lifesaving.
