I would like to kindly request that future shipments to Taiwan avoid using DHL as the courier service. Using DHL often complicates the customs clearance process, requiring extensive documentation and quarantine checks, along with additional fees.
Additionally, if possible, it would be greatly appreciated if the shipment descriptions could avoid mentioning animals or animal-related items. Such items are subject to mandatory quarantine upon arrival in Taiwan, which can further delay the process.

We're sorry to hear that you may have encountered issues/delays with your recent order that was shipped via DHL Express. According to the online tracking, your package was successfully delivered on December 31st, just under two weeks after your order was placed.
Our checkout page will also include United States Postal Service (USPS) International shipping options, if they are available for your location, and can then instead be selected if you prefer a government-related carrier.
We understand that international shipping and associated duties, taxes, or fees charged by some countries can be significant. To determine if any duties, taxes, or fees might be due beforehand, we always advise our customers to contact their government's local customs authority before ordering from us or making any international order. We unfortunately do not have control over the customs process or the fees charged by international carriers. For international shipments, we provide an affidavit that states our supplements contain no animal origin ingredients in English. This usually helps with transit. However, we are required to include a product description, which we currently list as 'animal vitamins' as that is the correct short description and aligns with the Harmonized System (HS) code. We legally cannot remove any reference to 'animals or animal-related items'.

I’m quite grateful for the BalanceIt supplement and recipes. My borderline kidney dog’s kidney values have stabilized and kept him stable for a year. I highly recommend the product.
The only thing I wish is that there’d be a reorder option rather than having to make my selection. I recently reordered a bit too late and ordered K+ and not K. I could not wait to have the order corrected as I needed to make the next batch that weekend. But that was my fault.
