Our dog has done well on BalaceIT, but we much preferred the plastic containers the product was previously sold in. The bags are more difficult to open every day and the product is more difficult to get out of the bag.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging. We understand that the child-resistant closure (CRC) can make the bags more challenging to open. The wider opening design is intended to facilitate easier access to the powder at the bottom, but we apologize if this hasn't been your experience. For now this is the best current solution we have been able to find to address the need to both reduce plastic use and ensure child safety.
