Although my very fussy dog has not as yet taken the entire vitamin amount that she is supposed to eat I cannot say enough about all of the personal help I have gotten from the personnel who answer my questions within 2 business days.
They stay on the phone and listen to my frustration and give workable
suggestions. I'm sure that soon Brandi will be taking the amount of Balance It that is recommended for her....It was so good to be able to start her with a small bag until that time.

It looks like cooking and mealtime (the pre-blending photo looks delicious) has been a success.
When I told my vet I was feeding my cairns homemade food she said most recipes fall short of vital nutrients. I asked what I could do and she suggested to use what she uses ,Balance-it .My dogs eat it up , clean the bowl.

In late 2022 we were dealing with constant vet visits for skin issues and infections. Our vet recommended BalanceIt and it was the best thing we did! It took about 2 months, but our pup made a big turn and hasn't looked back. Only the yearly vet visit now, and he no longer obsessively licks his skin! It has totally changed the way we feed our pups. I love that we can change up the recipes without having to buy an entire bag of kibble. The variety of recipes is so helpful so there is no food boredome. And it is reassuring to know it is fortified with what these pups need!

My only dislike is the height of the bag, you have to go half way down to try and scoop up vitamin. It's not easy access. Take 3 inches off height and square off so it sits. Thanks, Lisa

We understand that the child-resistant closure (CRC) can make the bags more challenging to open. The wider opening design is intended to facilitate easier access to the powder at the bottom, but we apologize if this hasn't been your experience.
We again thank you for your feedback on our 600 gram bags and will take it into consideration. For now this is the best current solution/option with its depth helping with dust control while also reducing plastic use and ensuring child safety.
This was recommended from my vet when one of my pomskies was not responding well to a fresh food diet mix I would make. He kept losing a ton of weight unlike his brother. I refused to go the kibble route after both dogs’ energy and spirits skyrocketed on fresh food, but Phoenix’s weight was not quite right.
